Notification templates provide the flexibility to specify the companies to which the notification should be sent, the message to be sent. Resellers can set email notification usage privileges to the companies under their profile.
If a company has a custom notification template, the system automatically applies it, instead of system or reseller templates.
Reseller can customise any template belongs its tenants and make them use it. If the tenant does not have a custom template, the system automatically registers the custom templates of the related Reseller.
Additionally, if a Reseller has its customised templates, the system automatically uses them instead of Keepnet's system templates.
When creating a new company
When editing an existing company
When you are adding a new company under your profile, you can manage which templates they will use during email campaigns. To do this, go to Company>New company and select one of the options as highlighted in the screenshot below.
You can also edit your existing companies' email template usage. Go to Company> Company List and click on the edit icon.
Now, you can customise email notification template privileges.
All Templates: Once you choose this option, your company will see both system email notification templates and reseller custom templates
Only System Templates: Once you choose this option, your company will see only system email notification templates.
Only Reseller Custom Templates: Once you choose this option, your company will only see custom reseller email notification templates.

System Templates:
These come as default and cannot be modified except for users who have root rights.
Custom Templates:
These are custom templates that are created by a Reseller, Company Admin, or User with any custom role for their organisation or a tenant.
