Opened Email
Opened Email section gives users’ information about who opened the campaign email. The ”Count” tab contains a lot of detail about users’ read moments of the email, and their personal information, and other details. See the following screenshot.
When you click on the plus icon under the details column, you can see the users detail such as when he opened the campaign email or IP number etc.
Also, the Count section gives you information such as how many times the user opened the campaign email, or if he forwards this email to someone else, it shows how many times the other users opened it. See the following screenshot.
